Are you comfortable with executive HR tasks and at the same time able to formalise and delegate them in order to further shape the HR policy and integrate it into the organisation?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive and committed HR Policy & Implementation Officer who will be responsible for further shaping and implementing HR policies and will not turn a blind eye to day-to-day HR matters.

 

In brief:

  • Location Utrecht (hybrid);
  • Salary €3,500 and €5,000 per month (full-time)
  • Part-time, 3 - 4 days a week (negotiable, expandable)

We are growing and are looking for an HR coordinator who wants to grow with us! We offer an environment where professionalism and customer focus are paramount and where HR needs to be further developed and professionalised.

 

What will you do?

  • HR administration
    You will take care of personnel administration, arrange in and out of service, process sick notes and liaise with external parties such as payroll, the leasing company and the pension insurer.
  • Recruitment & selection
    You coordinate the application process: from drafting and publishing vacancy texts to interviewing and selecting suitable candidates and discussing assessment results.
  • Learning & development
    You have a knack for personal development and organise or advise on training and development programmes for the professional growth of employees.
  • HR cycle
    You secure, advise and participate in the HR cycle and are closely involved in KPI talks and annual reviews.
  • Communications & support:
    You are the point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related questions. You think along solution-focused with staff issues and contribute to an open and constructive working atmosphere.
  • Policy and development:
    You actively participate in shaping and implementing HR policy. Think about themes such as absenteeism, terms of employment, sustainable employability, job satisfaction and refining the feedback methodology.

  • Salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross based on 40 hours;

Who are we looking for?

  • A completed HBO or WO education (preferably towards HRM);
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience in a similar broad HR role;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbally and in writing;
  • Experience and passion for administrative and policy-related HR tasks;
  • Able to formalise HR processes and delegate to the office manager;
  • Independence, accuracy and a practical attitude;
  • Good communication skills, an approachable style and empathy;
  • Ability to keep multiple balls in the air and perform under pressure;
  • Able to enthuse and persuade others;
  • Familiarity with TMA is a plus.
