Choosing TwoPurpose
Leprazending had heard good stories from Light for the World, an NGO she works with a lot. At Light for the World, TwoPurpose implemented Salesforce a year earlier . After a request for proposal (rfp) process, Leprazending chose TwoPurpose with Salesforce. It involved replacing iFunds. Both Fundraising and Project Management had to be implemented.
Then came another question about whether we can also do something with marketing automation. We can! A round table had just been planned, to which Renate de Jong and Balt Leenman had invited several existing Salesforce-using organisations. Mark van den Berg, marketer at Leprazending joined last minute. He surprised us with a wonderful summary of the roundtable session.
A powerful tool
By now, Leprazending has been live for a while. Setting up marketing automation properly is definitely not a piece of cake, but it turns out to be a very powerful tool. Mark van den Berg is very enthusiastic about using Pardot as a marketing tool, designing beautiful 'customer journeys'.
Next step 2019
At the TwoPurpose next step event on 31 October 2019, Mark presented his experience with Pardot Marketing Automation. Together with Renate de Jong, he provided the breakout 'Leprazending: pioneer in Marketing Automation'.
