About the role

As a Project Manager at TwoPurpose, you are the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and the project team. You take full ownership of the project lifecycle: from drafting the initial project plan to the final 'go-live'. You safeguard quality, manage budgets, and keep schedules tight, all while ensuring that everyone stays perfectly aligned.

What will you do?

• • Project management: You draft comprehensive project plans, create roadmaps (utilizing Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies), and meticulously monitor progress.

• • Client Partnership: You dive deep into our clients' challenges, identify potential risks, and provide proactive reports on status and quality.

• • Budget and Capacity: You ensure the efficient allocation of people and resources, managing the project within the agreed financial frameworks.

• • Organizational Growth: You identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and procedures, and you’re quick to spot commercial opportunities to further support our clients.

What do you bring to the table?

• • Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role and industry. A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar role and industry.

• • Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration or ICT) and a high professional working and thinking level

• • Skills: Native-level or excellent professional command of both Dutch and English (written and verbal).

• • Competencies You are analytically strong, flexible in your approach, and possess the leadership skills to motivate and guide a team toward a shared goal.

• • A gross monthly salary between €4.300 and €6.300 (based on 40h), depending on your experience.
