We offer an environment where professionalism and customer focus are paramount, and where you will deal with a wide variety of support issues for various clients. You will spar and collaborate with smart and highly experienced Salesforce consultants who have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and the non-profit sector.

 

What will you do?

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers with a support question;
  • You investigate support reports, come up with a solution and implement it;
  • Where necessary, you will consult with experienced consultants on the best approach and solution;
  • You will prepare documentation for configuration, customisation, integrations and maintenance procedures;
  • You will guide and train end users in their Salesforce environment;
  • You will contribute to better business operations at our clients;
  • You will contribute and think about improving the support team.

Who are we looking for?

  • A completed MBO or HBO education;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbally and in writing;
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a support or administrator role;
  • At least 1 Salesforce certification: Administrator; Advanced is a plus;
  • Ability to work on multiple support cases in parallel;
  • Patient, customer-friendly and solution-oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills, you can express yourself clearly and listen even better
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Enthusiasm for complex challenges;
  • Experience with NPSP/ NPC is a plus;
  • Experience with Converse/ FinDock is a plus.
