What will you do?

• Together with colleagues, you will work out business requirements;
• You will design and implement solutions in Salesforce using the latest technologies and standards;
• You will guide and train end users in their Salesforce environment;
• You work closely with the customer, identifying needs and responding to them;
• After implementation, you will support the customer with questions and adjustments;
• You guide and support junior colleagues with advice and assistance;

• You monitor your own schedule and keep an eye on the budget;
• You are alert to developments in your field and apply them;
• You will contribute internally to TwoPurpose with improvements to our processes and practices and securing or sharing knowledge through knowledge sessions.

Who are we looking for?

• A completed HBO or WO education;
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbally and in writing;
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions;
• At least 4 Salesforce certifications, including 1 cloud certification;
• Ability to keep multiple balls in the air and perform under pressure;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong consulting skills, analytical qualities and you delight in complex challenges;
• A pleasant communication style and you know how to enthuse and convince others;
• Experience with Scrum/Agile is a plus;
• Experience with NPSP/ NPC/ Converse/ Findock is a plus;
