Converse Autumn '19
Many of our customers use Converse for their gift processing. The following changes were made at the end of January:
Improved visualisation of which data is still missing during entry.
Improved matching of cases to existing contacts for web-to-case users.
Generation of QR codes for Direct Mail and events.
30 new standard reports.
Improved functionality around the 'Active' field in contacts.
Improved display of inactive deals.
Improved search function for relevant payment profiles in agreements.
More fields to which AVG restrictions can be applied.
Improved calculation of 'remaining value this year' in agreements.
Adjusted process around the 'End date reached' field in agreements.
Various bug fixes.
Furthermore, since 1 January, banks no longer apply an eleven-proof on IBAN numbers. This is already provided for in Converse.
