During the Salesforce.org Partner Summit held last 16-17 May in Amsterdam, the company stated RefugeeForce introducing themselves: RefugeeForce Foundation selects and trains refugees with residency status to train them as Salesforce Administrators.

One hundred status holders trained as Salesforce Admin by 2020
Gaspar Rodriguez, Marielle Schweickart and Nick Broekema founded the RefugeeForce Foundation in November 2018. In spring 2019, they started with a first group of five trainees, with another nine in the autumn. A new group will start in early 2020. The aim is to have trained 100 refugees as Salesforce Admin by the end of 2020. g-company is committed to finding workplaces or work experience placements. Adina Lewis now has paid work for one day a week for several months, and Philip Gahshan can do an internship for two days a week at Interserve, the rest of his time is spent running as an intern with Balt Leenman at g-company.
