New: quarterly customer session on user adoption in 2020!

Your organisation has chosen Salesforce and the implementation is now complete. And then? How do you get out what's in it? How do you ensure internal support? How do you get everyone involved in the process? g-company is happy to help customers increase user adoption. One of our methods is the recently introduced user adoption consultation hour. Easily accessible, free of charge and effective!

After the implementation is complete, it only begins: you need to get to know Salesforce better and how does all this actually fit into your daily work (process)? How do you get out what's in it and does Salesforce really work for you, instead of adding an administrative task?

User adoption

Colleague Aryen Pellikaan and I are committed to ensuring optimal user adoption for all our customers using Salesforce.

We would like to devote more attention to this topic for our customers in 2020. Exchanging experiences between the different organisations is a key focus, as is sharing tips and best practices.

Personal attention

On Friday 15 November, for the first time and through an 'online consultation', we were able to look at Salesforce deployment in various organisations. Three customers attended: the Ronald McDonald Children's FundSolidaridad and Stichting Timon. The feedback afterwards was: 'worth repeating', 'great to exchange experiences like this' and 'nice that you are organising this for us'.

Will we also see you soon for a session with personal attention to your Salesforce user questions?

Sign up now. I will then keep you informed of the dates.

Greetings,

Renate de Jong

P.S. Even if you haven't implemented Salesforce yet, I can help you - as I did with Stichting De Waterheuvel.

De Waterheuvel Foundation will go live with Salesforce before the end of this year. Director Petra Nieuwlaat has involved everyone in the organisation from the beginning. Testing is currently underway. Prediction: user adoption at Stichting De Waterheuvel will be fine!
