Vfonds on 80 years of freedom 

It has now been almost 80 years since the Netherlands was liberated. The south in 1944, the rest of the Netherlands followed in 1945. What can we learn from those days, now that fewer and fewer people have experienced the events up close. And how can we ensure that something like this never happens again in the Netherlands? What does Vfonds do?

Vfonds supports projects and organisations that contribute to our strong democratic rule of law and a peaceful society. We inspire and encourage young and old to actively engage in this. In doing so, Vfonds sets the Netherlands in motion for freedom and democracy. Highly relevant at a time when peace and security are anything but self-evident.

How does technology help?

TwoPurpose supports the Vfonds by creating a new digital application route for small-scale and local projects and initiatives. These can apply for up to €5,000 in a low-threshold manner. The technologies used are FormAssembly forms, Salesforce Experience Cloud and the Salesforce platform.
