"Help, our administrator is leaving!"

Admin on request

This spring, I received a call from a client, a medium-sized non-profit organisation. They told me that the Salesforce administrator had found another job and would be leaving in a month. They were going to look for a good successor, but that could take a few months. The question was whether they could use g-company to bridge the gap.

Of course you can!

One of g-company's services is Admin on Demand, which allows customers to temporarily hire additional support to manage their Salesforce environment.

With the client in question, we agreed to temporarily take over the following tasks:

  • Answering and resolving daily user queries

  • Reading bank files

  • Handling the monthly collection

  • Taking care of the weekly backup

  • Making address selections for sending the magazine

  • Processing new commitments from call campaigns

After the handover moment, I started providing temporary support. The cooperation was very pleasant. Besides the agreed tasks, I was asked to actively contribute to the design of dashboards and reports, for instance for measuring recruitment campaigns. This enabled us to offer real added value and relieve the customer of all their worries. Fortunately, a new application manager was found in the summer. We then scheduled a number of moments to transfer all knowledge and this is how the deployment of g-company was phased out.

The client looks back on successfully filling the temporary shortage of Salesforce knowledge.

Recognisable?

Does the above story also apply to your organisation and are you temporarily looking for extra hands to keep Salesforce up to date? Then call on Admin on Demand from g-company!

Admin on demand

This spring I received a call from a customer, a medium-sized non-profit organisation. They told me that the Salesforce administrator had found another job and would be leaving in a month. They went looking for a good successor, but that could take a few months. The question was whether they could call on g-company for bridging.

Of course you can!

One of the services of g-company is Admin on Demand, with which customers can temporarily hire additional support for the management of their Salesforce environment.

We agreed with this customer to temporarily take over the following tasks:

  • answering and solving daily user questions

  • reading in bank files taking care of the monthly collection

  • taking care of the weekly backup

  • making address selections for sending the magazine

  • Processing new commitments from call campaigns

After the transfer moment, I started with the temporary support. The collaboration was very pleasant. In addition to the agreed tasks, I was asked to actively participate in the design of dashboards and reports, for example for measuring recruitment campaigns. Thus, we were able to offer real added value and completely relieve the customer. Fortunately, a new application manager was found in the summer. We then planned a number of moments to transfer all the knowledge and so the deployment of g-company was phased out step by step.

The customer looks back on a successful completion of the temporary shortage of Salesforce knowledge.
