Nonprofit Success Pack gets even better

Exciting prospects for Nonprofit Cloud

Salesforce.org is investing heavily in the continued development of the Nonprofit Cloud, of which NPSP (the Nonprofit Success Pack) is the core. Improvements in fundraising support and the introduction of Programme Management functionality stand out the most. But much more is being developed. At the Partner Summit in May, we were given a glimpse into the future.

Some developments highlighted

What about the Salesforce.org Payment Gateway? In the future, this will make it easier to process payments from all kinds of third parties. Think Adyen, PayPal, Stripe, but also StepOrange, widely used by non-profits in the Netherlands.

Things are also afoot in the field of Programme Management. The first pilots are now running. For Salesforce.org, the next few years are all about impact. Helping non-profit organisations to demonstrate the impact of their work will be central in the coming years.

Concrete announcements on the above developments, and more, are expected to be made during Dreamforce in November. Such as connectors with Facebook, Twitter and other third parties, further completing the 360-degree view of your target audience. Or functionality to strengthen the connection with volunteers.

Customer feedback is leading

Of course, we should be cautious. Announcements are not yet a reality, and decisions should be based on what is there now. But one thing is clear: Salesforce.org is serious about translating feedback from its non-profit customers into more and more added value. It is clear that Salesforce is very serious about the Nonprofit Cloud and thus NPSP for the Dutch market as well!
