StepOrange is now FinDock

Ever since StepOrange started, g-company has been working with Bas Visser and his team. The first joint project was the implementation of the 'Converse' solution at Compassion Netherlands, followed by Wilde Ganzen, Terre des Hommes and over 20 other joint projects. StepOrange sold the Converse App to ABSI in 2017, gaining an entry point with non-profit organisations. On 1 September 2019, Bas renamed his organisation StepOrange and its PaymentHub product as FinDock.

Bas Visser on the name change:

"The world of payments is changing rapidly, changing the way customers pay for goods, services and donations. We have been hard at work over the past few years building a platform that makes these payment innovations easily available to everyone, right at the heart of the customer profile in Salesforce.

With FinDock, organisations are ready for the future; they can simply 'dock' any payment provider and choose any payment method they want. And if the future offers other providers or payment methods, they just need to activate it in FinDock, with no impact on their Salesforce architecture.

We call this Customer Payment Management (CPM). CPM is a method of managing all payment interactions between an organisation and its customers. It uses data analysis on customers' history with a company to turn every payment into a personalised customer experience, particularly aimed at customer retention and ultimately driving revenue growth.

We are happy to build on our long-standing successful partnership with g-company to make FinDock available to all nonprofits."
