Stichting Vluchteling Increases Impact with Amp Impact & TwoPurpose

From Spreadsheets to Strategic Insights

Stichting Vluchteling, a leading Dutch aid organisation working for refugees worldwide, has taken a big step in improving its monitoring and evaluation capabilities. In collaboration with implementation partner TwoPurpose (formerly g-company/Xebia), the foundation launched the project Malja launched - Arabic for shelter. This project replaces the outdated programme management system ARCHIE and introduces an innovative approach to impact measurement and project management using Amp Impact, built on the Salesforce platform.

Why Stichting Vluchteling chose to change

With as many as 85 programmes in 32 countries, providing assistance to more than a million women, men and children, Stichting Vluchteling needed:

• A replacement of the outdated programme management system
• Effective reporting of impact results for 55 projects in 28 countries
• An alternative to manually managing data in spreadsheets
• A scalable and secure system that meets auditor requirements

The choice fell on Amp Impact, a powerful programme management framework supported by Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, complemented by smart components such as Many2Many tagging.

Together with TwoPurpose, an agile implementation approach was chosen. Experts from Stichting Vluchteling and TwoPurpose formed one multidisciplinary team. They worked closely together to set up a central project database that not only meets current requirements but is also future-proof.
